First Class Professional Service I found a vehicle that I was interested in on Autotrader. I contacted Stansted Prestige to arrange a viewing. They were very polite, professional and accommodating on the phone. I attended the garage, and I met with staff who again were very courteous, professional and helpful. I actually planned to walk away if I didn’t get the deal I wanted, but Stansted Prestige were very helpful, transparent, knowledgeable and experienced that I agreed to buy the vehicle that day. Stanstead Prestige are a breath of fresh air to the used car sales industry. In my 21 years of driving and buying vehicles, they have easily topped every experience I have had with used car sales garages, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from their stock.

I like probably many others were dubious about buying are car during the current pandemic restrictions. How could I possibly buy a car that potentially I hadn't seen or driven before it turned up on my door step. Well, I need not have worried. The guys were on hand to answer all my calls and many emails. Their confidence in the process was evident and really re-assuring. Not fully convinced that the vehicle was 100% what I wanted I secured the car with a fully refundable deposit. Spent the rest of the day and the following morning shopping around until I knew it was the right car for me. From there, the process couldn't have been simpler. Documentation and finance was sorted electronically and a 'Free' delivery to my house was arranged. The car arrived with the guys taking time on arrival to sanitise the drivers cockpit and chamois down the splash marks from delivery miles. These guys are first class and service is amazing, a Dealership to trust Stansted Prestige, Thank you 5*

He upgraded the car at my request (putting in cruise control) and sorted out some minor teething issues with the upgrade with Audi before delivering it to us. He added a service and extended the registration to compensate for the minor delay. He communicated every step of the way. Brilliant job.
