Stansted Prestige has now moved to on-line only sales following the government announcement on Monday 23rd March, and we continue to follow all World Health Organisation, Government and Public Health England advice and act accordingly. Currently we are only able to offer immediate delivery of cars to key workers using our ‘reserve online’ facility, however, all other customers can secure their purchase for delivery as soon as the ‘self isolation’ stance has been lifted. We will continue to monitor the rapidly changing situation closely and respond as advised by the experts.
Family and community has always been important to us and during these unprecedented times we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers, employees and their families continues to be our number one priority. Now is the time for us to support one another more than ever. With this in mind, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that we had already put in place a number of robust measures designed to make health and safety a top priority, whilst still enabling people to buy cars from us. We now provide home delivery as standard as we are committed to keeping our customers safe - this includes disinfecting cars, providing customers with protective gloves to wear and adhering to the ‘safe distancing’ guidelines.

We hope this message finds you safe and well during this ongoing pandemic. Back in March we modified our customer buying experience to enable you to complete your purchase from the comfort of your home by using our RESERVE ONLINE, FREE DELIVERY and 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
We're working hard to ensure that buying a car remains an enjoyable experience, and during these unprecedented times, safety remains our top priority. We are operating our business as an online retailer offering customers FREE DELIVERY (up to 100 miles and £1 per mile thereafter) along with a ‘Touch Free’ purchase experience by delivering sanitised vehicles at handover, as well as providing our customers with nitrile gloves for their test drive, enabling customers to purchase vehicles with minimum human contact. Our ability to facilitate these remote/online sales is a perfect solution whilst we continue to follow all Government and NHS guidance, acting quickly in response to the developing situation.
Prior to ‘lockdown,' we sold roughly 30% of our cars online, and we understand buying online can be a daunting prospect, however, to enable you to use our reserve online option with complete confidence our website offers up to 100 pictures and a video of each car. In addition to this, we offer the option of a Face-time or Zoom video walk-around of any vehicle, along with additional pictures if required including paperwork or service history. Funding options can be explained by phone, video or chat, and as a digitally enabled business we can pre-approve finance for you — just use our online quoting system. Once approved for finance, you verify and sign your finance documents in the comfort of your own home.
RESERVE ONLINE: Use our ‘reserve online’ option to secure any car for a £250 deposit
FREE DELIVERY: Delivery usually takes place within 48 hours (subject to our delivery workload), and we offer free delivery within 100 miles and £1 per mile thereafter. All deliveries/handovers maintain current social distancing guidelines, with each car (including keys) sanitised by the delivery driver (who’ll be wearing nitrile gloves) before handover. All paperwork/finance applications/deposits/final balances are completed remotely.

CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS: Following the Prime Ministers announcement on 10th May, and whilst our showroom and forecourt remain shut, we have taken the decision to allow customer collections from our distribution centre for anyone not wanting to take advantage of our free delivery option. It is imperative that you call ahead to arrange a collection date and time, and collection times will be between 10:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs. Our team will ensure your vehicle is sanitised and ready at your designated collection time. We just ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, and maintain social distancing. To help keep our customers and staff safe, we must ask that:
- Please, no more than 2 people (from the same household) to collect vehicle.
- Please keep at least 2 metres away from others.
- Please respect others personal space and avoid close contact.
In accordance with NHS guidance, if you are displaying (or if you live with others that are displaying) the following symptoms, you must stay away from our dealership:
- A high temperature
- A new, continuous cough
